Looking for a strong but flexible wire rope suitable for a wide range of applications? Our 6x12 fibre core galvanized steel wire rope is a high tensile strength cable, ideal for pulleys, winches or towing rope as well as marine and off shore environments.
6 x 12 fibre core construction rope contains 6 strands each made up of 12 wires. It’s 7 wire fibre core gives it added flexibility and some shock loading resistance. Internal friction is also reduced, leading to a longer working life.
The flexibility of this rope ensures easy handling and ideal where tasks involve the rope needing frequent bending around sheaves and pulleys. The galvanization process gives the rope good corrosion protection, thus suitable for a wide range of applications in many environments.
