Viper Push Travel Beam Trolley Basics

These push trolleys are quite a simple piece of kit yet are paramount for fitting and moving hoists and their loads across steel beams.

Consisting of two side panels with hardened steel wheels and a central adjustment pin.

There are two wheels on either side plate and incorporate wheel guards for optimum safety; high grade ball bearings are used to maximise smooth movement.

The centre adjustment pin is threaded and can be twisted to tighten the trolley onto the beam or twisted the opposite direction to loosen and remove. Each side has opposite threads so the two sides will move in tandem. At the centre of the pin is an eye; this is the anchor point for your hoist.

The Viper trolley will fit a wide range of beam sizes and additional washers are used to ensure a good fit.

Meets performance requirements of BS EN 13157 and marked accordingly.
