4000kg Round Sling Specifics

 4000kg round slings are ideal for lifting medium weight loads and being softer than its flat web sling counterpart is is better suited when you need to lift more delicate loads to protect them from marking.

The 4 tonne working load limit is obtainable in a straight lift. If you will be using a choke hitch or basket hitch then the maximum WLL typically needs to be reduced. The angle formed by the hitch type will also have an impact on the WLL so please refer to the slinging chart in the specifications above.

During the manufacture of round slings polyester yarn hanks are used to create the load bearing centre which is then covered with polyester webbing for additional strength and optimum protection against wear.

Adhering to all the necessary regulations you can be assured of quality and safety in these 4 tonne round lifting slings. They have a 7:1 safety factor which means the minimum breaking strength is 7 x the working load limit to provide optimum safety margins.
