About Collared Eye Bolts with Egg Link

The purpose of the egg link in these eye bolts is so that angled lifting tasks are made easier. The reevable links are able to pivot and thus will quickly and easily change to the direction of pull.

The collar of the eye bolt provides strength and security for angles lifting applications and are typically used in pairs.

The safety factor equates to five times the working load limit and is made from BS970-080A27 hardened and tempered high tensile steel. They are available in self colour as standard. Certification available.

Metric collared eye bolt with egg link

Working load limits range from 0.15 tonne up to 2.5t with an additional four different WLL in-between. Thread diameters align with the WLL and are 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 & 24mm respectively.

BSW Collared Eye Bolt with Egg Link

The BSW (Whitworth) range works with inches with the base model has a 3/8 inch thread diameter with 3 more increments before reaching the largest model which has a 2.75 inch shank diameter. Working load limits range from 0.25 tonne up to 2.75 tonne.
