We have our own presses and testing facilities here on site so we can manufacture to your own specifications quickly and efficiently, all fully tested and certificated by our knowledgeable and skilful team.

We most often supply our wire ropes within the lifting gear industry for use with cranes, hoists, winches and towing etc. however we also supply our wire ropes to many other industries including: - Marine, water and sewage, fishing, architectural, construction and general engineering. 6x19 Compacted Wire Rope6x19 Compacted Wire Rope Diagram The 6x19 compacted wire rope with fibre core has superb breaking load qualities. This wire rope has additional wear and abrasion resistance due to the larger outer wires. The 6x19 compacted wire rope is available in diameters from 6mm-32mm, and is used in a variety of applications including:- drilling ropes, elevator ropes, crane ropes, hoist ropes, wire rope slings, drag ropes, fishing ropes, oil wells and excavator ropes.

19x7 Non-Rotating Wire Rope The 19x7 non-rotating wire rope is available in diameters from 4mm – 52mm. This wire rope is used most commonly in the following applications:- Crane rope main hoist rope whip rope Pillar crane rope deck rope off shore rope

6x36 Strand Wire Rope 6x36 Strand Independent Wire Rope Diagram The 6x36 strand with independent wire rope core is flexible with a superior breaking load,and used most often in general engineering practices. This wire rope has an equal lay construction with a superior breaking load. The 6x36 wire rope is available in diameters from 8mm – 76mm, and is most often used for:- Wire rope slings, crane ropes, electric hoist ropes, tow ropes, winches, pursing wires, mooring ropes, wire rope rigging and life boat falls etc.

6x36 Fibre Core Wire Rope 6x36 Fibre Core wire rope Diagram The 6x36 fibre core is a flexible general wire rope. This wire rope has an equal lay construction with excellent breaking load qualities. The 6x36 fibre core wire rope is used in many applications including:- Wire rope slings, crane ropes, hoist ropes, winch ropes, tow ropes, mooring ropes etc. This wire rope is available in diameters from 8mm-44mm.

6x19 Fibre Core Wire Rope 6x19 Fibre Core Wire Rope Diagram The 6x19 fibre core wire rope is available in diameters from 3mm-24mm, this wire rope is very flexible in 3mm-6mm diameters. The 6x19 wire rope is most often used for:- garage door cables, control cables, gym equipment, wind turbines, wire rope slings, and winch ropes etc.

7x19 Steel Core Wire Rope 7x19 Steel Core Wire Rope Diagram The 7x19 steel core wire rope in theatre black is available in diameters from 3mm-12mm. This wire rope is very flexible in diameters of 3mm-6mm. The 7x19 is most commonly used with pulleys but also in a wide range of other applications including:- Garage door cables, gym equipment, control cables, wind turbines, wire rope slings, whip checks, winch ropes and general engineering applications.

PVC Coated Wire Rope

We can also supply any wire rope with PVC coating in white, black or clear. PVC coating is flexible and regularly used to coat the 1x19, 7x7 and 7x19 wire ropes. PVC coated wire ropes are typically used for:- guard rails, catinary systems, washing lines, abattoir wire, computer security cables, lock cable systems and barrier ropes.
